Return Policy

All Nestea Shop products shown on the internet may be exchanged or returned within two days of the order being delivered, with the exception of accessories like ties, belts, and socks. There will be no processing for replacement, exchange, or return after the time frame given.

No sporting goods may be exchanged or refunded. Any sporting goods bought from our online store cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded for any reason unless there is a problem with the manufacturing. All issues with the purchased goods must be reported to our customer service within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery date through phone contact, email, or online in order to be eligible for a replacement if one is available. After that, complaints won’t be taken into consideration.

You can only request a replacement, exchange, or refund if the item is brand-new, undamaged, unwashed, stain-free, complete with all of the original tags, and has all of its original packaging. The original collar tag is required for all product returns, exchanges, and refunds. No goods shall be permitted to have any other tags.

The right to accept or reject a product for replacement, exchange, or return rests with our supervisor or delivery logistics after careful inspection and taking the aforementioned policies into account. The client consents to not contest his or her decisions.

We take strict precautions to ensure that the items we give you are in outstanding shape. But there is a very slim possibility that:

• The merchandise may be harmed during transportation.

• A manufacturing fault is another potential explanation.

or that you get the wrong thing.

We only replace items at no additional charge in the circumstances outlined above, providing the request for replacement or return is made within the authorized time frame. No refunds or exchanges will be granted once the order has been processed unless one of the aforementioned exceptions applies.

Accessories such as ties, belts, socks, and other items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Without the invoice, nothing may be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Additionally, a shipping cost of Rs. 80 will be charged (regardless of any earlier discounts) if the customer decides to use our “FREE TRY & BUY” option at the time of delivery.

Prior to returning or exchanging the item, the customer is required to pay the shipping fees recommended by the “Nestea Shop executive” to ensure a smooth transaction.

To get a replacement, send us an email at contactus@harshbardhan.com along with your order number and the explanation for the return. Only after receiving a refund permission from us are you expected to send the products back to us. Our logistics partner will then make arrangements for the replacement of the item. Without our consent, any items delivered to us for return or replacement are not covered by our liability.
